How long does a custom belt take?
Every belt is made to order — built for you, not pulled off a shelf. Production usually takes a few weeks, plus tracked shipping, and you are updated at each stage. (Set your exact lead time here.)
How do I choose my size?
Measure around your waist where you would wear the belt, over a light layer, and match it to the size chart on each product page. Not sure? Message us and we will help you get it right.
Where do you ship?
We ship right across Australia and to a number of other countries — 11 so far — with tracked delivery. Not sure if we reach you? Message us before ordering. Any duties or taxes outside Australia are set by your local customs.
How do I care for the leather?
Keep it dry, wipe with a damp cloth, and condition it occasionally. Looked after, a quality leather belt lasts for years of heavy training.
What if something is not right?
You are covered by Australian Consumer Law and we will make it right. Because custom belts are made to your spec, we confirm your design before production rather than accepting change-of-mind returns.
