If your custom belt order tracking is "In Production" we cannot give you more detailed tracking than that. It takes too much time to search for individual belts and provide exact production status updates. We prioritise making belts over searching through hundreds of orders for individual updates. 

Please note:
- Inquiries with a completely detailed request that include an order number (or the full name or email used to place the order) will be resolved faster.
- Double-check your spam/junk mail folder if you haven't heard back from us (sometimes they land in there) and mark our email "not spam" please.
